SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched once per week, every Friday. Orders placed after Friday 12pm will be shipped the following week. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before shipment. Each piece is handcrafted with care.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using tracked and insured shipping services:
United Kingdom: 2-5 business days (Royal Mail Tracked)
European Union: 5-10 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
United States & Canada: 7-14 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
Rest of World: 10-21 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Approximate rates:
UK: £4.50
EU: £9.50
USA/Canada: £13.50
Rest of World: £16.00
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at office.aejouk@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
